Fifth Annual
Bras for the Cause Walk

Show your commitment to the cause and reach an active, spirited, and informed local market. As a sponsor, you will receive invaluable exposure in our pre-event collateral and publicity as well as at the event and beyond if your sponsorship level includes your logo on the finisher’s t-shirt.

We are looking for corporate event sponsors and for donations of products, services and merchandise for the post-walk celebration. Some of the sponsorship opportunities are:

  • “Presenting” Event Sponsor—your company is named as the presenting sponsor.
  • Pit Stop Sponsor—your company underwrites the water/refreshment stop.
  • Mile Marker Sponsor—your company name is displayed on one of six mileage markers.
  • Finisher’s Party Dessert Table Sponsor—your company sponsors a dessert table after the walk.

All sponsorship levels include your name and logo printed on our brochures, on the website, and displayed at the event. If you have a company website, we will link to it from our website.  The higher the sponsorship level, the more exposure you receive as a company committed to the fight against breast cancer.

$5,000: “Presenting” Event Sponsor

The walk will be named “The (Your Company Name) Bras for the Cause Walk.” Your logo and company name will appear prominently on all pre-event brochures, mailings, and on the website. You will also have your company logo on a large banner that spans Pleasanton's Main Street for at least one week in the month preceding the walk.

At the event, your company name and logo will be on the center of the back of the finisher’s t-shirt and will be on the start and finish banner. A representative from your company can announce the winners of the bra decorating contest and the top fundraiser contest. Your company will be thanked from the podium at the awards ceremony and you can have booth space at the finisher’s dessert party.

$2,500:  Pit Stop Sponsor
(May be cash or “in kind” donation of goods or services)

Your company will sponsor a water and refreshment stop. You have the option of providing volunteers to distribute the water at the station and promote your organization directly to the participants of the events through printed cups, signs, or music. Your company name and logo will appear as a sponsor on all pre-event brochures, mailings, and on the website. At the event, your company name and logo will be displayed on the finisher’s t-shirt and you will have a banner at the pit stop. Your company will be thanked from the podium at the awards ceremony and you can have booth space at the finisher’s dessert party.

$1,000 Sweep Limousine Sponsor
(May be cash or “in kind” donation of goods or services)

Your company will have its name displayed on the support Limo that that drives the route looking for walkers that need a bit more help getting to the finish line.  Your company name and logo will also appear on all pre-event brochures, mailings, and on the website. Your company name and logo will appear on the back of the finisher’s t-shirt, as well. Your company will be thanked from the podium at the awards ceremony.

$500: Kilometer Marker Sponsor
(May be cash or “in kind” donation of goods or services)

Your company name and logo will appear exclusively on one of nine large, colorful kilometer markers on the course. Your name and logo will also appear on all pre-event brochures, mailings, and on the website Your company name and logo will appear on the back of the finisher’s t-shirt, as well. Your company will be thanked from the podium at the awards ceremony.

$200: Dessert Table Sponsor
(May be cash or “in kind” donation of goods or services)

Your company name and logo will be displayed on one of our dessert buffet tables at the finisher’s party. Your name and logo will also appear on all pre-event brochures, mailings, and on the website and your company will be thanked from the podium.
