Whether you’re looking for weight loss, to increase your strength, improve balance, or overall health, as your Personal Trainer, I will begin by assessing your cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength levels. With your abilities, physical limitations and preferences in mind, I will then design a personalized, safe and effective program to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Through regular assessments and measurements, I will track your progress, making sure that you’re still "moving" in the right direction to meet those goals. If you train with me at Snap Fitness (Livermore), a one hour session is $55.00.

If you wish to train at a different location, my fees start at $60.00 per one hour session. Either way, I have very competitive fees, in hopes that personal training will be an option for most.

I am looking forward to being a part of "Bras for the Cause" for a variety of reasons, here are a few:

  • My Aunt’s recent diagnosis and double mastectomy, along with other people near and dear to me diagnosed with breast cancer

  • My hope would be a cure for all cancers so my nieces, nephews, grandchildren & any other children of that generation would be free of it

  • I believe in helping the less fortunate, in any way possible, and that’s what Axis Community Health is about & I wish help in supporting their program

Training schedule for
"Bras for the Cause" Breast Cancer Walk

Training walks begin Mon., March 23 (at 6pm) and continue through Sat., May 9th.

- Monday walks begin at 6pm

-Thursday walks begin at 6pm

-Saturday walks begin at 9:30am (not walking Sat., April 11)

All walks will begin and end at Robertson Park (Rodeo grounds) at 3200 Robertson Park Rd., Livermore / meet in the dirt lot at soccer field (near restrooms).

Directions: from downtown Livermore - drive south on "L" Street /Arroyo Rd. & turn left on Robertson Park Rd.

Directions from South Livermore Ave. - drive south on Livermore Ave., turn right on Concannon Blvd. & right on Robertson Park Rd.

Bra Decorating Parties

Mark your calendars, if you would like to join Serving thru Personal Training & Snap Fitness for bra decorating - Wed., April 22nd, 7-9pm & Fri., April 24th, 1-3pm. We will meet at 129 Olivina Ave., Livermore (two doors down from Snap Fitness)
